All orders under €100 are contained with a shipping method of €3,95 (Netherlands)

All orders above €100 will be shipped for free.

When you received your package you have 10 days to reconsider.

If the lingerie is a present, let us know in your e-mail and we will give you more time.

We want you to be in love with your lovely order and that you can wear it all the time!

If you wish to exchange any items of your order, then we ask you to follow these steps. In this way, we know that your return is coming and which size you wish to have once we received your item(s). 

Unfortunately a refund is not possible, however it is possible to exchange your item(s) for an item in a different size. Due to our vision on wasting materials and because everything is hand-made.

Due to the delicate time to make these lingerie pieces, please read this before placing your order. 

Exchanging time frame

Your exchange needs to be requested by email within 10 DAYS after receiving your order. Please email us with your name and order number. The order has to be returned and accepted by us in The Netherlands within 14 DAYS after receiving your order before we can make the exchange happen.

Borsjé is a small brand and her pieces are hand made, because of this we don’t have the luxury to extend this period, this means if you’re late with registering or returning the pieces we have the right to refuse your return.

Return shipment

The package is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please send the return package with track and trace plus a signature upon arrival and insurance. We can’t be held responsible for any delays, missing items, or damage.

Original packaging 

Returns will only be accepted if they are sent in original packaging (shipping box) and in the same condition. Please don’t use any other packaging to return the item(s).

1. Please send us an email at

2. Let us know in the item(s) you would like to exchange and indicate the reason for your exchange. We will get back to you with an email and with the question which size you prefer to have. We can also advice you in this.

3. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. The exchange costs may differ depending on your local carrier. 

4. Please take the original package with the item(s) you wish to exchange. We ask you to kindly use the original packaging to return the pieces. We would like to reuse the packaging to avoid unnecessary waste.

5. Mark the package as ”returned goods”, because we are not responsible for customs duties (If you order outside of The Netherlands). We advise you to check this option with your carrier before shipping. Please note that we can’t be held responsible for any needed documents for customs.  The return package is your responsibility until it reaches us.

6. Once we receive your package, you will receive an email from us.  

Exchange process

Exchanges will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. If your exchange does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your new item will be on her way within 10 business days in your requested size.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns paid with in a Voucher 

If you wish to wait for another collection to drop, you can ask us to not send a different size, but to send you a voucher for you to use later. This voucher will be available for 1 year after you received it.
